Letting us know what you think

At The Otago Mental Health Support Trust we value what you have to say. That is why letting us know what you think about our service is important.

For example you may wish to:

  • Let us know about something you are not happy about with our service
  • Give us a compliment about what we do
  • Describe to us ideas on how our service could be made even better

We encourage you to do this in a way that suits you, for example by chatting with your peer worker or with the manager. You could also put something in writing by letter, note, email or text. What you say matters and we will take any feedback seriously and will respond in a timely manner. If you have a complaint about our service, please refer to our complaints page.
